HOW TO ORDER
We are a small cottage industry, making all our products by
hand. However, we can still despatch products quickly and
efficiently using the system below.
Please note: Retail sales of our reproductions are normally supplied in
grip-seal envelopes.
ORDERING INFORMATION
UK: Your order can be sent by normal post and should include a cheque, postal order or
cash for the full amount + the following postal charges:
1-5 items 75p
6-10 items £1.30p
11-20 items 2.00p
For heavier items e.g. Bronze Age axes, additional costs will be charged.
Orders over £30 please enclose £5 for insured post.
EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE:
Decide what items you wish to order, making a note of the item numbers. Send us an
e-mail itemising your order. We will then make up the order and have it weighed for
shipment to your country. Orders over 25 UK Pounds in value will be sent by suitable
insured post.
You will then be contacted, usually within 24 hours with the total cost of your order,
including shipping and packaging costs.
HOW TO PAY
Credit card payments offer speed and security. To this
end we can now accept such payments via Paypal.
You will need to be registered but registration is quick and easy. Once we have
calculated your order, complete with shipping, we will send you a Paypal payment
request. We will be notified by paypal as soon as you have paid the request.
Once we receive this email from paypal your goods will be shipped to you. NOTE:
Paypal payments will attract a surcharge of 3.4% + £0.20p.
Overseas customers - 3.9% + 0.20p
We now accept credit card payments via Paypal.
Bank charges in the U.K. for the conversion of foreign currency cheques are
exhorbitant, especially when dealing with low-cost products such as our reproductions.
Charges are often in the region of 10-15 UK Pounds, often more than the total order value.
US dollar cheques may be sent but an extra $16 must be added to cover bank charges.
Of course, if you have a friend with an English bank account, you can send us a cheque
drawn on an English bank. We can accept cash in either UK pounds or dollar bills.
A transfer into our bank is another alternative but this
will also incur high bank charges, normally about 10 UK Pounds.
